How to use the Psychologically Safe Team Assessment

Get step-by-step guidance on how to use the Psychologically Safe Team Assessment tool. Detailed instructions and image examples will help you learn how to create an assessment, view and edit active and completed assessments, and generate a report.

Create an assessment

Send the assessment

Send this along with a brief explanation to all team members who you would like to complete the assessment. To do this, you are provided with a generic email template which includes your unique assessment link. Copy and paste the template text into a new email message, customize it, and send it to your team members. Team members click on the assessment link in their email to complete their assessments.

Monitor your active assessments

View your active assessments

For each active assessment, you can view the date it was created, the end date, the number of days remaining, and the number of completed responses to date. Note that you will not be able to see the results until you close the assessment.

Change the end date

Close an assessment

Re-send the assessment link

View and edit completed assessments

View your completed assessments

Delete an assessment

Re-open an assessment

The assessment will move back to the Active Assessments section. Edit the assessment end date and re-send the assessment link following the steps outlined in the Monitor your active assessments section above.

Generate reports

Generate your assessment reports

You can also select View Team Report for a results-only version you can share with your team. Note, the active assessment must be closed before the report can be generated. A minimum of three respondents are needed to generate a report.
