How to use the Psychologically Safe Team Assessment
Use the Psychologically Safe Team Assessment to identify strategies and resources that help build team cohesion.
This free online resource assesses teams across three categories: leadership, team interactions and inclusion.
Only you will have access to the results. Individuals who provide feedback will not unless you choose to share it with them. There are two reports available: a Full Report with resources and suggestions for you to explore further and a Team Report that includes the results only.

You’ll only be asked for your name, email and to create a password. Once complete, you need to verify your email. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it within minutes.

Step 2 - Create and send assessment
Create and send the assessment to each of your team members to complete anonymously. Measure their perspectives on inclusion, team interactions, and leadership support. In just minutes, you can set up a dashboard and send out an email link. Suggested wording to explain how this is intended to support team building is provided. You can modify this wording as you see fit.

Step 3 - Generate report
Generate the Full Report to uncover concerns, opportunities for improvement, and potential strengths. The Full Report will also provide you with resources and strategies. You can also access the Team Report which includes only the survey results for convenient sharing.
Step 4 - View report and take action
Use the results to determine what approach(es) will work best for your team. The Full Report includes many free strategies, tools and resourcesopens a new window to help you start a conversation, take action and improve team cohesion and effectiveness. Share the Full Report, the Team Report or just let your team know what you’d like to improve upon.
Step 5 - Develop action plans
Together with your team members, develop action plans to implement effective strategies for continual improvement. Reassess bi-annually or during times of change. You may use any of the free resources as part of a continual improvement process.
